Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
This Electrical Design Engineer position will focus on facilitating program definition activities, coordinating with Product Planning and Manufacturing to align project scope and identify customer requirements. The successful candidate will provide timely definition of design requirements, apply knowledge of electrical systems, and direct research incidental to design. Additionally, this role will involve preparing engineering activity status reports and identifying production, production control, and Quality Assurance issues.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in heavy truck assembly, is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. Previous design experience of parts and assemblies will be given preference. Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Creo, and/or Mentor Graphics is also required.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
