Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team at ACT1 Federal. As a Senior Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for providing life cycle logistics support services for Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to new and existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the government Program Manager with all aspects of logistics acquisition and execution by developing and recommending strategies.
  • Gather, analyze, and provide data compiled from various sources in preparation for reviews and meetings.
  • Work independently in the performance of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis for aircraft, airborne weapons, and Support Equipment (SE) programs.
  • Provide Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) subject matter expertise (SME) to the Program Manager, Case Manager, and Logistics personnel.
  • Provide recommendations for the development of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Management Plans.
  • Analyze prospective changes to aircraft/weapons/SE quantities and determine the potential effects that these changes will have on program life cycle support.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Support and attend Program Management Reviews, Technical Coordination Meetings, conferences, briefings, and other significant program activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university and greater than ten (10) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning.
  • Additional experience can be substituted for a master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance required.
  • Position is contingent upon funding.

Salary Range: The likely salary range for this position is $88,000 - $100,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
