Job Title: Heavy Highway Construction Equipment Operator

CMES, Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Highway Construction Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks to construct and maintain highways and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks to construct and maintain highways and infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment and follow all safety protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with other crew members to achieve project goals.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of traffic control devices.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in heavy equipment operation, with 2 years of experience in utility or street systems.
  • Valid CDL License.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
