**About the Role:**
This Supervisory Cybersecurity Specialist Team Lead position is a critical role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity team's activities and ensuring that all information systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cybersecurity professionals, developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures, and ensuring that all systems are properly accredited and compliant with relevant directives. Additionally, this role will involve providing technical guidance and support to team members, identifying and addressing security risks, and collaborating with other teams to ensure that security measures are effective and efficient.

**Responsibilities:**
As a Supervisory Cybersecurity Specialist Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure that all information systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations
• Developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure that all systems are properly accredited and compliant with relevant directives
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members to ensure that all security measures are effective and efficient
• Identifying and addressing security risks to ensure that all systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure that security measures are effective and efficient
Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and ensuring that all security measures are aligned with best practices

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in cybersecurity, including experience with security protocols, threat analysis, and risk management
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and other stakeholders
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity
• At least 36 months of experience in a related field, including experience in managing a team of professionals and developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures
Specialized experience in managing the function of the work to be performed, leading, directing, and assigning work of personnel, and developing and evaluating performance standards

**Estimated Salary:**
$93,842 per year
