Pilates Instructor Opportunity at Equinox

Join Equinox as a Pilates Instructor and be part of a dynamic team passionate about high-performance living. We're seeking a skilled and motivated Pilates instructor to join our Coral Gables location.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and teach safe and effective Pilates programs for clients with varying goals and needs.
  • Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to create personalized Pilates training programs.
  • Teach private, duet, and semi-private Pilates sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build your client base and achieve success.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program certification.
  • Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education from a reputable program.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
