Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to lead our research function and drive strategic sourcing initiatives across the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience in a supervisory role managing a team and +5 years of planning, coordinating, and completing complex research projects within deadline.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits such as health and dental insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, prescription plan, flexible spending account, 401k plan, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, and personal day.

Job Description
  • Lead, support, and drive the research function across all components, including team members, technical capabilities, work content, partner/vendor management.
  • Strategically develop sourcing paths to identify talent across the healthcare industry within various divisions or verticals.
  • Create a strategic diversity sourcing process while abiding by legal and ethical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalency preferred.
  • +3 years of experience in a supervisory role managing a team.
  • +5 years of planning, coordinating, and completing complex research projects within deadline.
