Dialysis Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Deliver patient education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-management and empowerment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 12 months of RN experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
