Xcelerate Solutions is a leading provider of government contracting services, and we're seeking an experienced Background Investigations Adjudicator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough examinations of individuals' character and conduct to determine their suitability for access to classified information and materials.
  • Review and evaluate completed background investigation reports, identifying derogatory and mitigating information that may impact suitability or national security clearance.
  • Analyze complex data and make informed recommendations for further action, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage caseloads efficiently, adhering to government timelines and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience adjudicating suitability and security background investigations.
  • Successful completion of accredited Basic and Advanced Suitability Adjudication Course.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-QIP processing.
