Clinical Coach - ED

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to new nurses as they transition into their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily coaching and feedback to new nurses, focusing on critical thinking and patient care skills.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with unit leadership to ensure a smooth transition for new nurses into their roles.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
  • Current Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license or Compact State licensure.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
