Job Requirements:

Develop and Execute an SEO Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Website and SEO Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, increase web traffic, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to maximize visibility and traffic.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO factors, including meta tags, schema markup, backlinks, site speed, mobile optimization, and content structure.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Manage and Optimize the Website

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day website management, ensuring the site is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with the latest SEO best practices. They will collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to execute website updates, new landing pages, and features.

  • Work with developers to ensure technical SEO implementation (site architecture, sitemaps, redirects, etc.) and troubleshoot any site issues.
  • Implement A/B testing and user experience enhancements to improve conversion rates and site usability.
Partner with Content Team

The ideal candidate will partner with the content team to develop an SEO-focused content strategy that aligns with NetSPI's goals and target audience. They will optimize existing content and collaborate on creating new content that drives search engine visibility and engagement.

  • Monitor and report on keyword performance, content gaps, and opportunities for content expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SEO, website management, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving website performance.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and website management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
