About the Role


The Sr. Manager/Director, Omnichannel role at Georgia-Pacific is a critical leadership position responsible for driving our omnichannel strategy to capture sales and share objectives across our club customers and strategic account channels.


This senior leader will analyze customer and e-commerce data to identify opportunities to increase shopper conversion, develop go-to-market branded strategies, and build partnerships with key retailers.


As a subject matter expert, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to our sales teams, key customers, and internal partners to transform our physical selling capabilities.


Key Responsibilities



  • Partner with top omnichannel customers and sales teams to maximize sales and share of their omnichannel businesses.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel account plans, ensuring seamless execution across platforms.
  • Audit business performance and derive insights to proactively address issues and identify opportunities.
  • Integrate the omnichannel customer perspective across sales teams and functions.
  • Help build a playbook for investing in fulfillment modalities to deliver total retailer sales and category objectives.
  • Explore various e-commerce supply chain fulfillment alternatives (D2C, Concierge, BOPIS, eCom Parcel).
  • Work with category and sales strategy partners to shape customer and GP e-commerce strategies.
  • Engage with key customers to influence their and our e-commerce strategies.
  • Disseminate e-commerce training, development, and deployment materials across the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of customer experience or e-commerce experience in a CPG industry.
  • Experience with financial analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (including overnights).

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with tools like IRI, Renvue, Bazaarvoice, customer platform/data, Syndigo, or CIQ.

Compensation and Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $160,000, with eligibility for our Sales Incentive Plan.
