Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be tasked with:

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation from inception to completion
  • Providing proactive leadership to ensure a strong safety culture on-site
  • Overseeing the successful execution of construction projects
  • Preparing detailed reports on project progress and financials for clients
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Negotiating and managing subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Traveling to project sites 1-2 days per week

Candidate Profile

In exchange for a competitive compensation package, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience with ground-up construction projects
  • A proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects
  • Expertise in overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Knowledge in project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
