As a medical physicist specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and a wide range of medical, technical, and administrative staff. This role requires strong analytical, computer-aided, and bioengineering skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $$150/hour, based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. The tax-free stipend amount will be determined later.

Job Description

MEDICAL PHYSICISTS use a variety of analytical, computer-aided, and bioengineering techniques in their work such as radiotherapy, x-ray imaging, ultrasound, tomography, radiology, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, and lasers.
