This comprehensive nurse residency program is designed to provide hands-on experience and help establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills. Job Description

The HCA Healthcare StaRN Residency Program is a year-long program that provides intensive training and education in oncology nursing. You will work closely with experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop your skills and knowledge. As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.
