Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the countertop market.
About MSIMSI is a leading supplier of flooring tile, countertops, wall and backsplash tile, and hardscaping surfaces products in North America. With over 50 state-of-the-art showroom and distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada, we offer an extensive range of products imported from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Develop relationships with current customers and potential customers within assigned territories to drive sales growth.
- Assist customers by providing product knowledge and training to ensure effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understand company products, market competition, and position them to overcome these factors.
- Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
- Analyze sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers.
- Utilize marketing tools to broaden reach and promote company products.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- TWO plus years' experience in channel distribution sales.
- Minimum of TWO years of related industry experience; natural stone, slab, or hard flooring industries.
- Strong math skills for calculating figures and amounts.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
