Server Associate

Job Summary: As a Server at Applebee's - Peru (36th Street), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include serving food and drinks, handling guest transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Handle guest transactions, including taking orders and processing payments
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including cleaning tables and restocking supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Casual Restaurant industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
