Compensation

We offer competitive pay rates, with an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to weekly pay via Direct Deposit, our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Job Description

Foster Success and Promote Student Well-being

As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support students academically and emotionally. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate academic, emotional, and behavioral needs through thorough assessments.
  • Collaborate in the development and review of IEPs and 504 Plans.
  • Provide counseling services to students facing academic and personal challenges.
  • Support students, families, and staff during crises and challenging situations.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology & a valid state School Psychologist license.
  • Expertise in psychological evaluations, assessments, and data-driven interventions.
  • Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes, and experience with Response to Intervention (RTI).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
