We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Systems Designer to join our team at HFS Company. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems solutions for building construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in design and analysis for building construction projects. They will also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required, and a professional engineer (PE) license in at least one US state is preferred. The successful candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 11 paid holidays, paid professional development opportunities, and a fully vested 401(k) match after one year of service.
