Job Overview

Blink Fitness Evanston is a dynamic and rapidly expanding fitness center in the New York tri-state area, with plans to grow nationally. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, along with opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Our compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication to our members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct orientations and training sessions to educate members on proper exercise techniques and help them set realistic fitness goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fitness programs tailored to each member's needs and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a supportive environment that encourages members to reach their full potential.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Hold a valid personal training certification and be CPR/AED certified.
  • Show enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
