Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Craftsman to join our team at Kettering Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, locksmithing, and electronics troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, locksmithing, and electronics troubleshooting.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with finishes, stains, and wood repair.
  • Proficient and safe with power tools/shop equipment.
  • Experience with commercial ceiling systems.
  • Experience with wall protection systems.
  • Commercial door hardware experience.
  • Experience with commercial office furniture/partitions.
  • Computer skills to get work orders and document repairs.
