Job DescriptionAchieve sales and profit targets by cultivating professional relationships with clients, promoting Pharmaron's integrated drug discovery and CMC capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and profitability through agreed-upon sales and profit targets.
- Cultivate, manage, and maintain professional relationships with senior management teams.
- Stay informed about Pharmaron's capabilities and services to engage in informed discussions with clients.
- Collaborate with Pharmaron scientists to ensure realistic client expectations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Chemistry or related field from a reputable university (PhD preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in a scientific lab environment within the industry.
- Essential knowledge and experience in Drug Discovery/Development.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience.
