Job Title: Director, Strategic Partnerships

HHAeXchange, a leading technology platform for home and community-based care, seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director, Strategic Partnerships.

This dynamic leadership position is responsible for owning HHAeXchange's trading partner relationships with clearinghouses, 3rd party EDI vendors, payers, providers, state aggregators, and Partner Connect vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and optimize trading partner performance to improve data interoperability.
  • Develop, own, and oversee HHAeXchange's trading partner interoperability relationship playbook.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on interoperability best practices and set a standard for how HHAeXchange works with trading partners.
  • Manage all strategic partner KPI's and report monthly on performance to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and optimize the Strategic Partnerships team.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partner management with a focus on trading partner relationships.
  • Strong project management acumen with the ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • An engaging leader with an executive presence who sets and maintains high standards.
What We Offer:

HHAeXchange offers a competitive salary range of $145,000-$160,000, plus variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including health plans, paid time-off, company paid holidays, and a 401K retirement program with a Company elected match.
