About the Role: As a key member of our team at Open Sky Community Services, you will be working with young adults in our group residence and supported living programs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support during overnight hours, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. This includes assisting with morning routines, empowering youth through trauma-informed care, and promoting independent living skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of independent living skills for youth served.
  • Remain awake and alert for the entirety of shift (overnight).
  • Prepare meals according to menu and share meal time with youth to further relationships.
  • Provide transportation as needed to and from various community activities.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
