About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Manager to develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives for MinistryHub. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen our brand and maintain a positive image within the community.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external community partners to organize and implement community engagement events and initiatives.
• Coordinate with volunteers and community service providers to build and maintain positive relationships with community members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on community issues and feedback to assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote community engagement.
• Partner with our marketing team to leverage social media platforms to engage with the community.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a vibrant Christian faith and active membership in a local church. A proven experience as a Community Engagement Manager or relevant work in a similar role is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with social media management and digital marketing, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of community issues.

Key Objectives

The Community Engagement Manager will work towards doubling our number of strategic partnerships with local volunteer groups and contributing to a 10-15% increase in giving annually in participation with our advancement team.
