Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts with confidence and poise, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including flavors, ingredients, and pairing options
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a sense of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure seamless operations
  • Stay up-to-date on company initiatives, policies, and procedures, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
