Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed therapist to work with our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have experience working with couples and a passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. As a therapist with Ellie Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and collaborative environment, with a focus on providing exceptional client care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
  • Maintain updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
  • Conduct a minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
  • Engage in community involvement and outreach.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
  • Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing.
  • General knowledge of Apple products, EHR (Valant is a plus), Telehealth, and other software platforms.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to come into the office in Monroeville, PA at least part of the week.
