Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Alumni Healthcare Staffing in Lebanon, MO.

About the Job

This is a full-time locum opportunity with a requirement for flexible scheduling and on-call support. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services across multiple hospitals, including general anesthesia, nerve blocks, and other procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia services for surgical procedures, including general anesthesia and nerve blocks
  • Work on-call shifts, covering both weekday and weekend periods
  • Cover call shifts, starting after scheduled cases (normally 3-5 PM until 0700 AM the next day)
  • Weekend call shifts start after scheduled cases on Friday, lasting until Monday morning
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • A current CRNA license
  • Strong experience in providing anesthesia services, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A flexible schedule and willingness to work on-call shifts
