Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our treatment staff, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve long-term recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and guidance to clients, promoting a positive and healthy environment throughout their treatment journey.
  • Monitor and supervise clients at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Transport clients and staff to and from various destinations as needed.
  • Document daily shift reports, client behavioral incidents, and other important information to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform routine facility maintenance and general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate a 15-passenger van.
  • Must be 21 years of age (required to drive company vans).
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of patience and understanding when working with clients.

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and move about frequently. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally, and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
