About the Role

Tangerine Search Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering a positive sales culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes excellence and continuous improvement
  • Assist the Director with budget development for the sales department to align with financial goals
  • Monitor sales-related expenses for cost-effective operations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, providing regular feedback on team performance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, overseeing inside sales, outside sales, and business sales teams
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Rabbit, Tableau, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience building and mentoring high-performing sales teams
  • Proven track record of increasing sales revenue by 20% annually over the past five years
  • Success in closing deals worth $1 million+ annually
  • Managed a sales budget of $5 million+ with financial forecasting accuracy within 5%
  • Conducted market research and competitive analysis, leading to a 15% market share increase
  • Developed and implemented sales strategies resulting in 30% growth in new client acquisition within the first year
  • Experience managing and supporting a sales team of 40+ members
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets, consistently achieving 120%+ of annual goals
  • Ability to travel to various markets, participate in field activities (including Door-to-Door engagements), and visit call center sales representatives
  • English proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension for job performance and communication
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
