Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Memorial Hospital - Chester, IL. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in Illinois.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Experience in Med/Surg and ER settings preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs without assistance and stand/walk for 75% of the shift.
  • Vaccinations per IDPH, CDC, CMS, or Memorial Hospital Policy.
