Are you looking for a challenging role that leverages your expertise in distributed operational training? As a Distributed Training Manager at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will have the opportunity to create and execute innovative training solutions for joint warfighter participants.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering realistic operational training opportunities via distributive means.
  • Collaborating with our team of experts to plan and execute JTAC aspects of ECC operations.
  • Providing JTAC expertise in support of DTOC mission planning cell.
  • Participating as Event Controller for multiple LVC-OT event types.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience conducting training in a DMO environment.
  • Current or previous qualification in a JTAC career field.
  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
