We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer in Economics to join our team at UC San Diego. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses on topics related to Economic Studies, including macroeconomics, applied economics, development economics, international economics, econometrics, and economic theory.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach courses on Economic Studies, including principles and intermediate level courses
- Hold office hours for students
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of the department
Requirements
- PhD in Economics or MA in Economics with at least three years of relevant experience
- Experience teaching large classroom sizes (100-300 students)
- Teaching Evaluations and prior University level teaching experience
