Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of data entry accuracy and the ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound complaint system fulfillment
  • Use a knowledge database and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Document each contact in a database
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience
  • Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Must have an active Public Trust Security clearance

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy
  • Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems
  • Efficient typing (40 WPM) and computer skills including experience with outlook, MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
  • Able to work an 8 hours shift between the hours of operation 8am 8pm Monday through Friday based on business needs
