Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of data entry accuracy and the ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process inbound complaint system fulfillment
- Use a knowledge database and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests
- Navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Document each contact in a database
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience
- Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Must have an active Public Trust Security clearance
Requirements:
- Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy
- Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems
- Efficient typing (40 WPM) and computer skills including experience with outlook, MS Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
- Able to work an 8 hours shift between the hours of operation 8am 8pm Monday through Friday based on business needs
