Trail Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trail Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Getaway House Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior spaces of our tiny cabins and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work on various tasks such as cleaning and staging cabin interiors, preparing outdoor spaces, and engaging with guests to create memorable experiences.

• Prepare for shifts by loading equipment and supplies into the outpost vehicle.
• Clean and stage cabin interiors, including removing trash, stripping linens, and restocking provisions.
• Ensure every cabin's outdoor space is perfectly staged for guests, including cleaning and arranging lounge areas, fire pits, and picnic tables.
• Be willing to take on any task assigned by your supervisor and work collaboratively with the team.
• Create and execute ideas to surprise and delight guests, making each interaction personal, meaningful, and memorable.
• Solve problems efficiently and effectively, measuring results and embracing feedback for continuous improvement.

• Experience in a guest-facing industry or customer service role.
• Familiarity with technology and apps to enhance efficiency.
• A love for the outdoors and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Age 18 or older.
