Dishware Attendant

The Dishware Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen facilities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

• Set up and maintain dishwashing areas to ensure efficiency and safety
• Operate dish machines according to manufacturer instructions
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards
• Maintain accurate logs of dish machine and pot and pan sink temperatures and sanitation levels

You will also be responsible for assisting with food preparation and plating when necessary, and maintaining the correct storage of all cookware, china, glassware, and utensils.

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One year of job-related experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
