Applications Development Scientist

About the Role
Lunaphore Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Applications Development Scientist to join our team in driving groundbreaking research forward and raising awareness of the latest innovations in the field of life sciences.
The successful candidate will provide on-field support for pre-and post-sales activities with direct customers and channel partners, focusing on delivering exceptional technical support to ensure seamless instrument operation, training new users, developing unique applications, and presenting company technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth understanding of product applications to drive customer success.
- Present company products and applications at conferences and customer meetings.
- Train and support customers in operating instruments, developing applications, and implementing novel assays.
- Investigate problems and develop solutions to address them effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and R&D teams to meet customer needs and provide high-quality support.
Requirements:
- Biology background: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Medicine, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of commercial field applications experience in life science environments; strong Ph.D. candidates with a proven desire to succeed in a commercial company will be considered.
- Experience in in-situ techniques, including immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, in-situ hybridization, and similar technologies, is a strong plus.
