Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Kindred Hospital. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and will be passionate about delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing the Nursing Process and adhering to hospital policies and procedures;
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient;
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including vital signs, medications, and laboratory results;
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimize patient outcomes;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting;
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association;
  • Experience with vent/trach management and knowledge of central lines;
  • A valid RN license in CO or multi-state compact state;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
