Job Summary

Cage Cashier at Horn Holdings is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a video poker gameroom. Key responsibilities include ensuring prompt response to customer needs, providing drinks and change, and promoting promotions. The successful candidate will operate assigned banks or windows according to procedure, count down bank or window at end of each shift, and reconcile to the cage accountability. Additionally, they will ensure the operation of assigned banks or windows according to regulations and maintain organized contents for easy counting at shift change.

Requirements
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must be able to obtain a State Video Poker permit, Louisiana vendors servers permit, ABO License, and clear state background check
  • Must be able to stand 100% of shift
  • General cashiering background or prior money handling experience preferred
  • Must have good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
