Job Summary

The Assistant Quality Supervisor will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and reviewing all activities of quality assurance inspectors and processes in manufacturing. This includes deploying manpower to support production schedule commitments, training and evaluating inspection functions, and supporting regulatory and internal audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy manpower to support production schedule commitments

  • Perform line audits and ensure compliance to procedures
  • Drive quality awareness among direct personnel
  • Communicate quality data and audit results to relevant personnel

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of global logistics operations and industry
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes and global customs regimes
  • Proven track record of successful change management and productivity improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a standard requirement for quality functions
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field
