Customer Service Liaison

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include handling post-sales activities, overseeing the onboarding process for new customers, managing inbound sales calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Complete post-sales activities, including collecting necessary documents, updating customer records, and fulfilling discount requirements with customers.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, including mailing Welcome Kits, creating customer files, completing online registrations, and setting up billing.
- Manage inbound sales calls and provide call back information to the sales manager.
- Handle customer service calls and direct them to the Service Team.
- Schedule quoting appointments with potential customers for our partner sales representative.
- Print, mail, email, and text quotes to prospective customers.
- Assist sales leadership with research and reporting for client prospecting and other sales metrics.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are also essential qualities.
