We are seeking a skilled Concrete Work Specialist to join our team in Collegeville, PA. This individual will be responsible for designing and building forms, pouring concrete, and applying finishes to ensure high-quality results.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes 100% company-paid health benefits, a 401(k) savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and building forms to precise specifications
  • Pouring concrete and applying finishes to achieve high-quality results
  • Utilizing wire mesh to reinforce concrete and prevent cracking
  • Molding expansion joints and edges to ensure durability
  • Applying waterproofing and sealants to protect the concrete
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or one month of related experience and/or training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical Demands

This role requires regular standing, use of hands, and reaching, as well as frequent walking and occasional climbing. You must also be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

You will be working in an outdoor setting, exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles. Regular safety checks and PPE will be provided to ensure your safety.
