Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Aureus Medical Group - Cardiopulmonary is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education to patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management
Requirements:
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • State License-Respiratory Therapist-Illinois
  • NBRC-CRT (Cert Respiratory Therapist) certification
  • NBRC-RRT (Reg Respiratory Therapist) certification
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week
