Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships**: Create long-term connections with customers and help them find their perfect vehicle
  • Be the Vehicle Expert**: Stay knowledgeable about our products, including features, options, and technology
  • Perform Demonstrations**: Showcasing new and used vehicles to customers
  • Follow Up**: Ensure customer satisfaction and generate referral business
  • Overcome Objections**: Develop strategies to address customer concerns and close sales
  • Direct Reporting**: Regularly update the Sales Manager on your progress and goals
