  • Operate equipment correctly and maintain it with care.
  • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions.
  • Attend all safety and production trainings.

Requirements:

  • Prior production/packing related work experience preferred.
  • Basic mathematical ability.
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests.
  • Human relations skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, and common-sense skills.

Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with forklifts and production equipment. Employees may be exposed to noise from equipment, elevated temperatures, high heat, occasional fumes, toxic chemicals, and airborne particles.
