About the Role:

As an Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to preschool-aged children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Our centers in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism, focusing on positive reinforcement and skill-building
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each client
• Collect data and maintain accurate records throughout each session
• Participate in regular training and supervision to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly autism or developmental delays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact professionally with children, families, and colleagues
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and complete physical demands of the job, including frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
