Job Summary

This role requires a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care services, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and experiences. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to implement and execute treatment plans, supervising staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services, addressing physical and mental health needs.
  • Participate in the selection of suitable treatment plans for all patients, aligning with their unique needs and goals.
  • Supervise staff to guarantee the care team provides appropriate care according to their duties and obligations.
  • Collaborate with other care providers and extended care teams to ensure cohesive and effective care delivery.
  • Provide continuous availability for medical and technical questions to employees, patient care staff, and ancillary care providers, including after-hours coverage.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement programs and multidisciplinary quality assurance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance patient care and drive business growth.
  • Cooperate with clinical outcome reviews and measurements to inform care delivery and quality improvement efforts.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain exceptional patient care standards.
  • Prescribe or recommend drugs or other forms of treatment, such as physical therapy or inhalation therapy.
  • Refer patients to physicians for consultation or specialized health resources as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure seamless care delivery and business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
  • Board Certification required.
  • Licensed to practice in the relevant state.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in promoting the clinic's values and mission.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and colleagues.

Physical Job Requirements

  • Moderate standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual and finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and corrected vision, hearing, and speech within normal ranges.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $71.50 to $82.23 per hour, dependent on applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including eligibility for 401K benefits.
