We are partnering with a leading private equity-backed real estate developer and owner/operator to identify a highly skilled Senior Project Development Manager to join their Finance team in Dallas. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic support in forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis across the company's multibillion-dollar portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate development in an institutional environment, ideally with a large operator or general contractor. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a top-tier university is required. International experience and cross-functional expertise are also valuable assets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and collaborate with the Construction and Development teams to drive growth and success. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic and ambitious organization that continues to outperform its peers and expand its portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets for project development pipelines.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external sponsors and partners.
