Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Vallum Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Content Development: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities and create engaging marketing content to promote our commercial and industrial solar solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, including meeting with potential clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Building: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in the solar or renewable energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
