About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech language therapy services to adult and pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized speech language therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop responsive treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide indirect clinical guidance and support
  • Participate in community education and outreach initiatives to increase public awareness of communication and swallowing disorders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License
  • 1 year of hospital-wide experience with speech, language, and cognitive communication disorders and dysphagia
  • Diagnostic experience with MBS procedures
