Front Office Administrator

We are a forward-thinking dental practice seeking an accomplished Front Desk professional to join our dedicated team at Princess Dental Staffing.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a keen ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our front office staff, the selected individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient interactions, efficient appointment scheduling, and effective communication with our dental team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in insurance verification, billing, and claim denials. They will also be skilled in presentation software and have a working knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs). Cross-training as a dental assistant is highly desirable.
Our dental practice operates on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with plans to expand hours in the future. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with medical insurance and 401(k) benefits.
